  Went during winter. Everything was up and running. Main Lodge was warm and cozy with 2 roaring fires. Kids and adults had fun in the heated bouncy barn. Wagon ride had lots of warm blankets. We will be going again.

  Our family has been to Hatfield Farms many times. We regularly enjoyed the play structure and seeing all the animals. But on our last trip there, a dog (one of the staff's pets) wandering around in the main office bit my two year old son! My son was wearing heavy jeans, so the bite did not break his skin, but it left a hefty bruise matching the dog's teeth. The bite was not provoked. My son was not interacting with the dog in any way. My son screamed in fear and pain and we had to leave immediately. The bruise lasted for weeks. They didn't offer an apology or even offer to refund our money. Hatfield's response was to give us a ten dollar voucher for a pony ride (one that my son is too small to enjoy). It was a very disappointing attempt to smooth over what was a pretty terrifying experience for both myself and my little son. Really disappointed in the lack of customer care. Please don't allow pets who bite to interact with your clientele, especially children. If you're going to have pets and animals lose who do bite please put up warning sings that they may bite.

  Hatfield Farms has lost our business for good. We are now looking for a new place to take our children to enjoy animals and farm life.

  Went with my girlfriend and her daughter for the family round up. We had a great time. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was lots to see and do.

  I'll give it a four for the scenery. Was awesome. Staff could be a bit friendlier. But we'll be back regardless. With this in mind

  Not very organized. Went to pet the pony and it bit me. My son ended up riding it on his pony ride and told the girl it bit me. Her reply was "she does that alot". Maybe a sign should be put up to advise people not to pet her. Bad enough that I got bit but if that was a child it would have been alot worse. Goats were very sweet though.
